Please only submit an application to rent a property if all of your group members are 100% happy to proceed in securing the property. Once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed, this is legally binding.
For the application submission you will need to provide full names, email addresses and contact numbers for all tenants as well as confirmation of whether they have an acceptable guarantor. The guarantor needs to be an individual, UK based, over 18, and in Full time employment, Self-employed or Retired and in receipt of a pension. Please note we are unable to accept company guarantors. If you do not have a suitable guarantor, please discuss this with the lettings team prior to applying for the property. You will also need to pay the holding deposit for the property which equates to £100pp, payable in one sum to finalise the submission of the application.
*The holding deposit paid is reverted to go towards the Tenancy Deposit for the property upon completion of the Tenancy Agreement.
