Upon submitting your application, provided you are successful, your tenancy agreement will be drawn up and sent out to you via email link (usually the next working day). You will have 3 days to all sign (including your guarantors), and pay the remainder of your deposit funds due.
Each tenant will need to supply proof of their Right to Rent in the UK onto the Tenancy Agreement. This might be evidence to show a UK passport, Visa or proof of settlement status (we would need your date of birth and sharecode) *
Once your application has been submitted, we will not offer any further viewing appointments. *
Tenants acknowledge that some fair wear and tear will have occurred at the property since advertising media (photos/videos) were taken and since any viewing they have undertaken at the property by the time of their move in. The landlord/Agent is not obliged to re-decorate/re-furnish properties unless a request has been made within the ‘Notes’ section of this application and this has been approved in writing. *
